Orange Vinyl record pressing / BVPP (hereinafter: “we”) processes personal data of its customers, prospects and other contact persons. Which personal data do we process?
First and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, lifestyle characteristics, transaction data, social ID, cookie ID, online surfing behavior and IP address.

Why do we process that personal data?
We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Legal requirements
  Some of our processing is required by law. This can be, for example, to comply with the tax liability.
• Customer administration and services
  In our customer administration we keep track of the customers of Orange Vinyl record pressing, together with the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of these contact persons, so that we can optimally perform our services. This includes contact details to be able to reach you, but also information about your areas of interest so that we can provide you with the best possible information and advice. In addition, we use data to be able to inform you about changes to products and/or services, to be able to send quotations and/or agreements and to deliver products and/or services. If we carry out an assignment for our customer, we also have to deal with personal data. • Portfolio
  On the website we have a portfolio of different types of printed matter. We also post some projects on social media. If we want to use your project for this, we first ask for your permission.
• Newsletters
  Several times a year we send a paper newsletter to our customer base. This contains information about us and interesting promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us via info@bvpp.be of +32 (0) 475 318 890.
• Marketing purposes
  We keep general visitor data of website visitors. In this context, the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that the browser of a visitor sends can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visiting and clicking behavior on the website. Personalized products and services may be offered on the basis of these statistical analyses. In addition, we occasionally recruit new customers through social media campaigns. In order to maintain contact with them, we process their contact details and areas of interest. For this we process, for example, the IP address, cookie ID, social ID and/or surfing behaviour. This way we can show the most relevant advertisements in the right places.
• Special data
  We process 1 type of special personal data, namely gender. We process this in order to address you as ‘sir’ or ‘madam’.

Rights of data subjects

Retention periods
We do not store the personal data for longer than necessary or legally determined. We necessarily keep customer data for several years. This is done so that customers can still receive a guarantee on the products and services delivered after a longer period of time.

Basis of the processing
As explained in this privacy statement, we process some personal data for the performance of a legal obligation, some for the performance of an agreement, some data with your permission and most for the performance of our legitimate interest; being able to carry out our objectives.

Third party recipients
We engage service providers to carry out the work. These can be third-party recipients, but also sub-processors. This includes the server host, the supplier of our CRM system, Google (Analytics) and social media providers. But also parties such as marketing agencies, binderies, printers and postal/parcel processors.

Personal data will only be made available to third parties if this data is necessary for the third party to perform the relevant services. When we provide the personal data to a third party, we ensure, among other things, with a processing agreement that the data is not used for other purposes. Only when we are legally obliged to do so, Personal Data will be provided to supervisory authorities, tax authorities and investigative authorities.

Security
We take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse of and unlawful access to your personal data. Only necessary persons have access to the data, which is protected by various security measures such as: security software, passwords for electronic systems, SSL (secure internet connection) and backups. These security measures are checked regularly.
